Your contract will be renewed automatically every year. To terminate your subscription, notify us by e-mail or deactivate it directly via your dashboard. You have a clear view and total control of your subscriptions at any time on your IT Remote access page.

Currently, we only offer annual subscriptions and annual billing.
No, only the initiator of a session (called the User) needs a licence, the participants (called Clients) do not need one and pay nothing.
The IT Remote software works by default in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode, which means that you do not need to install anything on your computer/network.

You have two types of access: if you are the purchaser of the licence, you have an account accessible from our merchant site (the one you are viewing now). You will find all the information about your purchase there.
If you are the user and want to start a session, then access your Dashboard and begin your remote control session! You will also have access to all the information about sessions launched, permanent accesses, etc.
You are free to use these licences as you wish:
A User can take remote control of 3 Clients at the same time
A User can take remote control of 2 Clients at the same time and another User can take control of another Client
Three Users can take control of 1 different Client each at the same time
There is no limit to the devices managed with IT Remote.
However, if you wish to manage several devices at the same time, you will need to subscribe to several licences.
The tool is designed to work on computers running Windows and iOS (Apple).
In Linux, no problem, just use Google Chrome for your sessions.
The upcoming version of IT Remote will also be suitable for all touch screens (tablets, phones) and even on Tesla car screens, for example !

An IT Remote licence includes two possible types of access:
Temporary remote access: IT Remote Quick Support
Permanent remote access: IT Remote Agent
There is no free licence. However, you can request a free 15-day trial version. This only gives you one licence and is for non-commercial use (see table here). Apart from that, it gives you access to all of the tool's functions so you can try it out in real-life conditions.
